Your Mission:
In the first few months, you will play a central role in shaping the core of our new platform.
- Development: You will create new features for the frontend (Vue.js) and carefully expand the backend (Python).
- Technology: You will work with a modern stack on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run) using Docker containers.
- Contribution: Your work will create a sustainable foundation for the future scalability of the software.
What you bring:
We are looking for a dedicated developer who values quality and responsibility. You don’t need to be a senior architect, but you should be comfortable caring for a web application’s lifecycle.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack or Backend development with a solid understanding of production environments.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong understanding of Python and modern API frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask). You care about clean architecture and reliable data modeling.
- Frontend Competence: Good knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (ideally Vue.js). You enjoy translating designs into user-friendly interfaces.
- Infrastructure & Care: Practical experience with Docker and cloud environments (GCP/AWS). You understand the value of CI/CD workflows for maintaining software quality.

Leveraging our expert knowledge in the field of anti financial crime, and in partnership with a vendor of cutting edge proivacy enhancing encryption technology, we are launching our product Qorum; a tool to connect financial institutions and combine intelligence to fight financial crime.
We are looking for a technical leader to help drive the design and development of the product and to work closely with seniour managemnt to help grow this strategically important part of the company.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for defining, guiding, and governing the technical architecture of our software solution for Tier A Banks across Europe. You will ensure that all systems are designed for scalability, performance, and compliance with the highest standards of security and regulatory control expected by global banks.
You combine deep technical expertise with strong architectural vision, the ability to influence at a strategic level, and the hands-on capability to lead teams through complex technical challenges in cloud-native enterprise environments.
You will also be expected to guide the rollout of agentic AI across the spotixx SDLC.
Architectural Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of large-scale, mission-critical cloud solutions for enterprise clients in the banking sector.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical designs.
- Define architectural standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Provide direction and mentorship to engineering teams
Cloud & Infrastructure Design
- Design and oversee deployment of distributed, cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Define Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) patterns and best practices.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience across multi-region or hybrid cloud environments.
Security & Compliance
- Embed security by design into all architecture decisions.
- Ensure solutions meet financial industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Implement best practices in encryption, identity management, and data protection.
Integration & Data Architecture
- Architect robust integration strategies using APIs, event-driven systems, and message queues.
- Define data models, data flow, and data governance frameworks for enterprise-scale systems.
Delivery Enablement
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architectural integrity throughout the SDLC.
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices to accelerate reliable deployments.
- Conduct design reviews, code inspections, and architecture assessments.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Present architectural solutions and recommendations to executive audiences, including client CTOs and CISOs.
- Participate in RFPs, client solutioning, and pre-sales technical engagements where required.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven design.
- Strong proficiency with one or more enterprise programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
- Advanced cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP), including networking, security, IAM, and cost optimization.
