spotixxQorum.
a platform for financial institutions to collaborate on
AML investigations.
we connect data, insights, and people.
if criminals work
together,
why don't we?
Organised crime doesn’t recognise institutional or national boundaries. Networks are spread across the legal and underground financial systems.
Professional money launderers are fast to adopt new technologies and digital assets, outpacing regulation and the ability of financial institutions to keep up.
it’s time to fight back.
Only through combining our data, intelligence, and resources can we discover and close down these networks.
how do we do it?
It all starts on Qorum:
Alerts from multiple financial institutions flow into a secure, shared platform. There, data and intelligence can be exchanged and cases can be solved faster—together.
Here is how it works:
connect.
Your AML alerts are connected to alerts at other FIs by linking transactions, common identities, or company structures.
Reveal hidden networks across organisations and clearly view your institution and customers’ risk exposure.
explore.
Your investigators explore the network through an interactive UI that pools data and insights from all institutions.
Quickly verify legitimate activity with key counterparty information or dive deeper to investigate more complex structures.
collaborate.
Your investigators work together across institutions to close cases faster and report better to the FIU.
Ask questions, share suspicions and evidence, upload documentation, and provide FIU with a single identifier for the investigation.
Qorum helps.
close false positives.
Automatically reveal information about counterparties, such as industry codes, account opening dates, and risk ratings to quickly verify legitimate relationships and close false positive cases.
target high quality alerts.
Prioritise networks that are being investigated by multiple FIs and act quickly to identify your customer’s risk exposure.
make better decisions.
Provide investigators with new intelligence and opportunities to work together with other FIs to understand the entire criminal network, creating a basis of shared reporting to the FIU.
but what about
data privacy?
accept no compromises.
Effective financial crime investigation does not mean intrusion on individuals’ privacy rights.
With encrypted computing technology from Roseman Labs we can optimise for both GDPR and AML:
privacy
- Data is encrypted at all times, even in use.
- Sensitive data is revealed on a strict need to know basis and always under proper risk assessment.
security
- Roseman Labs secure multi party computation means data is encrypted and distributed to multiple nodes under different control, making data hacks and breaches virtually impossible.
simplicity
- No need for a trusted third party with special privileges to hold your data.
- One contracting partner with full accreditation as a data processor.
how it
works.
Qorum fits neatly into your case management workflow, connecting your alerts to alerts at other institutions and providing a secure workspace to collaborate to close cases faster and link your findings for reporting to the FIU.

1.
find the
networks.
Alerts at different financial institutions are connected together to form networks on the basis of transaction activity, identities (names, addresses, and phone numbers), or company structures.
Investigators can see the overall risk of the networks, how many institutions are involved and how exposed their customers are to them.
No information is revealed about underlying data subjects.
2.
join the
investigation.
Investigators choose to join an investigation with other participating financial institutions.
They see the same network graph with high level information about the parties such as:
- Account Type
- Account Open Date
- Industry Code
- Transaction volumes
- Local risk ratings
Still no personal information is revealed.
3.
dive
deeper.
Investigators select a number of parties of interest that require further exploration.
They request approval for further data access; either through automated risk assessment, supervisory oversight, or from the data owner.
Full information on the selected parties is revealed including:
- Names, addresses, and phone numbers
- Transactions
- Risk Flags
Personal information is revealed only under suitable risk basis and under guidance of the new AML Regulation Article 75.
4.
get talking
get reporting.
Investigators work together to resolve the case using chat functions, annotations and document uploads.
A full record of the investigation is saved for each financial institution along with the graph and a unique identifier, that can be shared with FIU.
Qorum is built for
what's coming.
In 2027, the new AML Regulation (AMLR) will take effect,
including Article 75 which enables data-sharing partnerships.
Interpretations are still evolving — but with Qorum and our partner Roseman Labs, you’re already prepared. Qorum’s encrypted computing approach ensures maximum protection of sensitive data and secure, controlled access – today and tomorrow. Start benefiting from compliant data sharing now.
